Watch: DPW London Gateway Launches ‘Halo’

DP World London Gateway has released a video marking the opening of its new bespoke temperature controlled warehouse Halo.

The 108,555 sq ft facility at DP World London Gateway’s Logistics Park was completed in less than 24 weeks, under budget and within just eight months of the planning application first being submitted.

Halo is seeking to reduce food miles and increase freshness in perishable and chilled supply chains by adding value to products coming across the quay at DP World London Gateway Port.

The facility is a Grade A quality building, rated BREEAM ‘Excellent’, EPC ‘A’ rated and with The Planet Mark™ accreditation, ensuring that construction was undertaken in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
