BOXBAY has made huge waves in the sector after presenting a truly revolutionary system to handle containers, thereby making ports and terminals hugely more efficient, sustainable, and cost-efficient.
BOXBAY is a new intelligent “High Bay Storage” (HBS) system that stacks containers in a steel rack high into the sky, and it is already in action with a pilot project underway at Dubai’s Jebel Ali Terminal 4.
The conference itself is being held in Dubai on the 13th of December, meaning there is a natural synergy between the pioneering solution and the event.
With the use of a disruptive technology, the design and rack structure of BOXBAY creates unique advantages with containers stored up to eleven stories high, delivering the capacity of a conventional terminal in a third of the surface area.
