PepsiCo has won the Most Inspiring Sustainable FMCG Supply Chain Award at the TLME Inspiration Awards 2023 presented by Dubai One TV's Katie Jensen and held in Dubai at the Ritz Carlton DIFC.

The award recognises efforts made PepsiCo to produce sustainable products which reduce waste and lower emissions at every step of their production and marketing operations.

Beverage giant PepsiCo made headlines recently when it announced that it had pledged to house 20% of its drinks in reusable packaging by the end of the decade, a significant jump up from the around 10% in currently hits at present.

PepsiCo AMESA CEO, Eugene Willemsen, reaffirmed this commitment by stating how sustainability is at the core of the organisation’s operations, after he highlighted the company’s 100% local and regional water replenishment initiatives as a part of its sustainability goals.
