KIZAD Unveils New Start-Up Plan

Khalifa zone preps for new initiative

Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) has launched new free zone warehouses and Light Industrial Units (LIUs) in response to growing demand.

The new free zone warehouses will cater to all manner of companies and are slated to be completed by October, 2018.

Located within KIZAD Logistics City, and adjacent to Khalifa Port, the new warehouses span 17,000 square metres (sqm).

The warehouses come with mezzanine offices, seven metre height to eaves, integrated fire and safety features, a dedicated loading area for each unit and raised floors for ease of loading.

In addition to the newly-launched free zone warehouses and LIUs, KIZAD Logistics City’s products also include industrial zone warehouses with a net leasable area of 119,000sqm.
