EY's Partner for Infrastructure Advisory Dr Jonathan Beard Announced as Speaker for TLME Future-Proof Technologies Conference

TLME proudly announces Dr Jonathan Beard, Partner, Infrastructure Advisory at Ernst & Young, as Speaker for its upcoming Future-Proof Technologies Conference, to be held on the 29th of February 2024 at the Le Meridien Hotel in Dubai.

Dr Beard has more than 20 years’ industry experience which covers strategic masterplans, national blueprints, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, benchmarking, competition and regulation in the transport sector.

His work has spanned projects in over 25 countries, advising leading airports, ports and operators, including guiding the master planning for some of the world’s largest ports, notably Shanghai, Klang and Hong Kong. He has also consulted on major transactions around the world.

In addition to major corporates, Jonathan’s client portfolio includes national and local governments and related authorities, sovereign wealth funds, multinational development banks and overseas aid agencies.

He holds a BA, an MA and a PhD in Geography from Cambridge University, and is a Certified Management Consultant (ICMCI).

Describing his role at EY, Dr Beard says: “I bring together multidisciplinary teams to help our clients address the disruptive challenges and opportunities facing trade and transportation."

As a globally experienced transport and logistics infrastructure advisor Dr Beard's work is focused on strategy, transactions, policy and regulation.
