AD Ports Group's KIZAD Wins Most Innovative Logistics Hub Award
KIZAD, part of the AD Ports Group, has won the Most Innovative Logistics Hub Award at TLME's Innovation Awards 2022 held recently in Dubai with well-known TV personality and speaker Katie Jensen playing Emcee for the evening.
The logistics hub is where the disparate strands of the supply chain come together to create greater efficiencies in the logistics operations.
Creating this efficiency takes a high degree of oversight that requires the operator of the hub to keep a hawk eye on the unloading and loading of ships and airplanes, customs procedures, bonded and un-bonded warehouse management, and multi-modal hinterland connectivity involving truck and train service providers.
