The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs and DHL Express have signed a 'Service Performance Level and Enhance Digital Integration' agreement during the Global Rail Transport Infrastructure Exhibition and Conference at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.

The agreement is designed to improve service efficiency by creating a framework for exchanging information, data, and services, enhancing digital integration through the latest AI tools and technologies.

This partnership will boost cooperation, providing superior services to customers and aligning with the strategic plans of the Abu Dhabi government and the UAE.

Signed by Mubarak Matar Al Mansoori, Executive Director of Operations at Abu Dhabi Customs, and Bachi Spiga, Vice President of Logistics Operations for DHL Middle East and North Africa, the agreement also aims to enhance collaboration in areas such as administration, training, and public health. The goal is to streamline customs procedures and improve service quality according to best practices and legislation.

These efforts will strengthen Abu Dhabi’s global reputation, further establishing it as a leading business hub.
