Dubai's Tristar Group was awarded the 'Golden Peacock Global Award for Corporate Social Responsibility' by the Institute Of Directors (IOD), India.

Maharashtra State Cabinet Minister for Housing Department Prakash Mehta handed the award together with officers of the IOD.

The Golden Peacock Awards are now recognized as the hallmark of corporate excellence worldwide, because of their independence, integrity, transparency.

Tristar to Ban Non-Reusable Plastic at SOHAR Port

Tristar’s CSR thrust is to give back to the community with successful projects in Africa aligned with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) No. 4 on Quality Education.

The company has been supporting a number of schools in Kenya and Sudan.

The Tristar Group has a CSR Steering Committee which is led by Mr. Mayne and consists of the Group Chief Administrative Officer and other department heads, managers and advisors with clearly defined responsibilities to fulfil and ensure successful completion of CSR activities across the global network in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Pacific and Central America.
