Watch: Etihad VP Explains Cargo was the Lifeline During the Pandemic

In the above nomination story, SVP of Sales & Cargo with Etihad Aviation Group Martin Drew explains how his organisation have moved into uncharted territory in order to roll-out the covid vaccine.

Mr Drew articulates how the last 12 months have been extremely challenging, especially for aviation, and that by collaborating with other parties Etihad has been able to build new connections and keep cargo being delivered on time 24/7.

Martin Drew goes onto explain how Etihad has chartered several planes on behalf of the UAE government in order to fly into new regions and disseminate the covid-19 vaccine.

Etihad Aviation Group has also been a founding member of the Hope Consortium, which has played a central role in the vaccine roll-out.
