DHL Global Wins Most Inspiring Sustainable Aviation Initiative Award

DHL Global Forwarding has won the Most Inspiring Sustainable Aviation Initiative Award at the TLME Inspiration Awards 2023 presented by well-known TV personality Katie Jensen at the Ritz Carlton in Dubai.

This award celebrates the carrier in the region that has successfully overcome challenges in reducing carbon emissions and achieved significant milestones on their road towards sustainability.

DHL Global Forwarding has become a leader in sustainable operations with the announcement of new strategic collaborations with bp and Neste to provide more than 800 million litres of Sustainable Aviation Fuel to DHL Express within the next five years.

The new agreements form one of the largest SAF deals in aviation to date. DHL has also led the field in ordering fully electric planes, with twelve e-cargo aircrafts to electrify DHL Express' global aviation network.
