Maersk Appoints Lisa Park as Managing Director for UAE

Maersk has appointed Lisa Park as its new Managing Director for the United Arab Emirates (UAE), effective 1 October 2024.

In her role, she will also oversee the business in Oman and Qatar. Park brings over 22 years of experience in logistics and shipping, having held various leadership positions within the A.P. Moller - Maersk organisation.

Previously, Park served as the Regional Head of Sales for the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region. During this time, she led a high-performing team, delivering growth and fostering strong client relationships. Her leadership roles also extended to commercial strategy and business development, where she drove market expansion and revenue diversification.

Richard Morgan, Managing Director, IMEA, commented: “With Lisa’s deep understanding of our business and customers, I am confident she will lead the UAE, Oman, and Qatar operations to new growth milestones.”
