Exclusive Video: Danzas CEO on “Connecting People and Improving Lives”

In the above nomination video, CEO of Danzas Samer Kaissi outlines the challenges his organisation has faced during the global pandemic, as well as how he in particular had to galvanise his team in order to prepare for one of the toughest periods in living memory.

Mr Kaissi outlines how he initially took time to educate his team on the dangers of Covid-19, despite initial scepticism, to ensure his staff, clients and customers were safe.

Danzas has a philosophy of ‘connecting people’ and ‘improving lives’, according to Mr Kaissi, who states that this approach was central to his plans, saying that this “was as the core of our lives and it’s what we do.”

Danzas managed to not only survive the pandemic, but also maintain pre-pandemic service levels in a massive effort, which has led to his nomination for the Heroes of the Pandemic (CEO) award category.
