The McLaren Bahrain Tower is situated by the entrance to the Bahrain International Circuit and with a floor area of approximately 8,000 sqm across eight floors.

Phase I of the development is scheduled to complete by the end of the year and will see a relocation of a regional office for McLaren Automotive’ s Middle East, Africa and Latin America division.

Once finalised, the development will strengthen the brand’s presence in the Middle East and serve as its new regional headquarter with potential to accommodate future business requirements in line with growth plans outlined in the Track25 business plan.
