Terex Supports Kuwaiti Infrastructure Drive

New Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Causeway among the world’s largest infrastructure projects.

Global lifting Giant Terex is presently aiding in a major infrastructure drive in Kuwait, constructing the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah Causeway, a 36-kilometre road connection with a vast bridge over Kuwait Bay.

The project owner is Kuwait Ministry of Public Works and Kuwaiti logistics provider Integrated Logistics Company (ILC) have been utilizing Terex Demag AC300-6 cranes in the construction process.

The Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah causeway has an estimated construction value of US$3 billion.

The causeway is being built for new strategic routes to facilitate planned development to the north of Kuwait City.

The "Heavy-Duty Lifting and Assembly" division of the Kuwaiti Integrated Logistics Company is active across the entire Middle East.

Its focal points are in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and in the United Arab Emirates.
