The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs have launched, in cooperation with the Government Services Platform 'Tamm', the initiative of 'Invisible Customs' through the smart 'Digital Customs Dashboard' for requesting and tracking customs transactions.

The launch of the Invisible Customs initiative came in line with the directives of the wise leadership and the efforts of the government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to digitally transform government services and a total transition towards the digital future.

The Invisible Customs initiative contributes in the digital implementation of the customs services and transactions through a unified interactive platform that enhances the experience of the customers, traders, investors and suppliers all over the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The Digital Customs Dashboard represents an interactive digital platform which allows customers, agents and companies involved in customs clearance to track the stages of customs transactions.

The dashboard also enables customers to apply for all customs services available on the Tamm Platform without the need to go to any other pages or links.

The new Platform supports the needs of all partners and dealers in the supply chains, especially e-commerce, by completing customs transactions through a unified digital platform.

The Digital Customs Dashboard provides an “on-demand access to data” service, which includes access to on-demand data and forms (news, updates, alerts, guidance materials, templates and surveys) during the duration of the customs process.
