German group Vahle has been chosen in electrifying and automating the AIN Dubai, a new ferris wheel set to become the biggest in the world.
Achim Dries, CEO of VAHLE Group, recently signed a contract between Vahle and Hyundai Engineering & Construction which committed both parties to the project.
The AIN Dubai is set to be twice as tall as London’s ‘London Eye’ ferris wheel, and be so big it will be coming close in height to the Empire State Building in New York.
Construction is set to be completed in time for the upcoming Expo 2020 in Dubai.
