TLME has announced that the upcoming Heores of the Pandemic Awards on July 12th will be held at the Le Meridien Hotel & Conference Centre, adjacent to Dubai International Airport.
The location offers a dramatic, and highly relevant, backdrop for an unforgettable evening marking the sterling efforts made by figures across the supply chain.
TLME CEO Sam Khan said: “Just as in dealing with the pandemic itself, getting this show on the road has been a blend of adhering to new safety regulations, challenges and all manner of twists and turns.
“Yet our path to getting here has been driven by the determination of friends and figures across the sector, who really deserve a night such as this to recognise their amazing efforts over the past year or two.”
The Heroes of the Pandemic Awards sees 25 awards handed out for excellence, heroism, ingenuity, and sacrifice during one of the toughest years in living memory.
Nominees have entered their case to win an award from the Middle East region and further afield, and the public can vote for who they think should win on the TLME website listed below:
Voting remains open until the evening before the ceremony, the 11th of July 2021.
Awards can be won by governance and logistics players in a range of categories including sea freight, air freight, logistics, technology and special recognition.
