The third edition of the TLME Future of Logistics Conference concluded last week in Dubai at the Ritz Carlton DIFC with leading industry thought-leader Lars Jensen moderating the lively sessions throughout the day.
The event began with industry experts discussing the current state of play in the transport and logisctics industry. Speakers included:

The Air Transport and Cargo session began with Lars Jensen, discussing with the panellists if air freight operations have returned to "normal" after the turbulence of the last three years and moving forward how do we achieve growth by following environmentally sustainable practices. Speakers:

Mr Jensen concluded the conference by highlighting that "the largest risk" to the industry today is on the people side. If we don't have talented people coming into the industry, it will create severe problems in the future.
Therefore, most imminent issue that needs to be addressed is how does the industry attract talented youth?
