Amazon has welcomed a number of new Emirati hires, with many of these roles filled by Emirati women. In support of the UAE’s national Emiratisation plan, the new hires reinforce Amazon’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Amazon announced the new hires on Emirati Women’s Day which aims to celebrate the dreams and achievements of women in the UAE.
Amazon continues to invest in UAE talent through reskilling, and upskilling its workforce, empowering them to advance their careers in one of the region’s fastest growing industries.
The company has Emirati hires across multiple functions in its organization covering Finance, Human Resources, Immigration, Legal, Administration, Operations, Retail, and Marketing.
