Saudia to Start Bistro Service on Madrid Flights

Saudi Airlines will begin offering Bistro service to the Spanish capital Madrid as part of its efforts to provide a distinctive hospitality experience.

Bistro is one of the new ways to eat meals on the plane. Multi-course meals are served in stages, starting with appetizers, main course, dessert, and serving a new meal without a food tray for the first time.

Saudi Arabia has been offering this service empirically since April 2017.

Saudia Relaunches Services to Calicut

The service was officially launched last August on the Paris, London and Manchester destinations.

The service has been well-received by guests who will enjoy a selection of varied appetizers as well as a selection of main dishes, as well as snacks and pastries. In addition, traditional Arabic coffee, dates and ice cream will be served for the first time.

The new menus are set in high-end kitchens from all over the world to offer menus that reflect a global touch.
