His Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, met with Egyptian President Abdelfattah El-Sisi at Al-Ittihadiya Palace, in Cairo on Tuesday.
Upon arrival at Al-Ittihadiya Palace, HRH Crown Prince was received by President El-Sisi. An official reception ceremony was held for the Crown Prince.
The two sides reviewed the strategic bilateral relations between the two countries and means necessary for their development in all fields.
In addition to discussing several issues in the Arab and Islamic arenas, and latest developments in the Middle East, the two sides also engaged in crucial discussions to arrive at solutions.
They mainly discussed issues related to the security and stability of the region, counter-terrorism, and coordinating efforts to enhance the joint Arab action.
The Crown Prince met with ministers and senior officials in the Egyptian government, while President El-Sisi shook hands with the princes and ministers of the accompanying delegation.

Later on, HRH the Crown Prince and President El-Sisi held a bilateral meeting and an expanded discussions session.
The Egyptian president welcomed the Crown Prince to his second country, where the Crown Prince expressed appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality he and his accompanying delegation have received.
The Crown Prince conveyed the greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to President El-Sisi who, in return, asked the Crown Prince to convey his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.
The meeting was attended by senior officials accompanying HRH Crown Prince and senior officials from Egyptian side.
